As an avid dreamer, lover of gothic fairy tales, and self-proclaimed “seeker of all things fantastic,” I was deeply entranced by Esmer’s world while writing it; it’s an eerie, twisted realm that begs us to explore what happens when our fears and deepest desires collide.
